Zoro launched in 2011 in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, with one question: what if a small business could buy from the largest industrial catalog in North America without a branch, a sales rep or a contract? The answer was a website, a flat price list and same-day shipping.
Today Zoro lists more than fourteen million products from three thousand brands, ships from the Grainger distribution network, and runs its own customer service from Illinois. Zoro Select is the house brand for the items people buy every week.
Business accounts are free and bring free shipping over $50, Net 30 terms for qualifying customers, tax-exempt purchasing and saved lists for reordering.
